Friendly staff, big rooms, close to the centre of the city.
Although very clean and tidy it is a little dated.

During a three-night stay, I found the upstairs suite to be remarkably spacious and beautifully decorated. The north-facing windows provided an abundance of natural light, which complemented the modern bathroom with its heated floors and fluffy towels. Plus, it was convenient to have the local gardens and the town center just a short stroll away. I especially loved how relaxing our time was after busy days exploring Dunedin’s sights.

Owners were fantastic lovely couple to talk to and gave a lot of information on what to see and do both in Dunedin and also where we were headed. Great to have a dvd player and movies to hire too with a young child kept her very ammused
The shower had no light in there or even close to it so made it a bit hard to see.

The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and with all facilities, including kitchen and electric blanket.
Only as a minor comment, the water flow in the showers was weak.
